Zoom is also providing an option to let users upload their own scenes. Others will be able to see unsupported attendees with their original backgrounds in the Immersive View. They will get to see the participants with a black background. When enabled, accounts without Immersive View support will be able to see other attendees in either Gallery View or Speaker View. Those using Zoom 5.6.3 or higher versions can use the feature. The blogpost added that Immersive View has been enabled by the product team default for all free and single Pro accounts. The feature has been made available for Windows and macOS desktop clients. This will offer a more natural experience and make such meetings appear realistic. Hosts will have the control to move attendees around and can resize an image. This can be done automatically or manually.

When the feature is enabled, hosts will get the ability to place participants into a virtual scene they chose. Zoom in a blogpost said that hosts can select Immersive View just like the way they select the Speaker or Gallery View.

The background change will make meetings more engaging. The feature lets the host place members in a realistic-looking location. Up to 25 participants can join the meeting. The company has extended the feature to Free and Pro accounts. Zoom had announced the feature last year at the Zoomtopia conference. Zoom said that Immersive View will make virtual meetings, video conferencing fun and enhance user experience. The feature will allow hosts to arrange attendees, participants, and panelists of a video call into a single background. It will allow users to give a like an office meeting.
